Refund policy

At Aromique Fragrances, we are committed to providing high quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds or returns in specific cases.


7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Return Cases

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or never delivered, we will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or process a refund.

Delivery Errors
In cases where there is an error in delivery due to our shipping provider, we will work to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, such as a broken sprayer or leakage, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unbroken or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can contact us at aromiquefragrances@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, instructions on where to send the package, and more.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Delays caused by customs or carrier issues beyond our control

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
