Shipping & Handling
We offer free shipping on orders above 260 AED (for UAE orders).
The standard shipping charge is 25 AED on orders below 260 AED for UAE orders (which may vary according to the current promotion). Other shipping rates may apply for orders to other countries.
Delivery Timelines
UAE Orders
- Standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for UAE orders, but there may be a delay due to an invalid address.
- Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
International Orders
- Delivery time to other Gulf Countries, Europe and the United States will vary based on various logistic company's policies for international shipping.
Please understand that once the order has been fulfilled, the shipping time/duration is out of our control.
Pre-Paid Orders
Free standard shipping is available for orders above AED 260. A charge of AED 25 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 260 free shipping threshold.
All orders in UAE are delivered within 2 to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and major holidays.
Holiday Shipping Information
Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g., Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days.
Delivery span will be: Processing period (1 to 2 days) + Public holiday period
